Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment at MLM Beauty, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to ensure the highest standards of care, safety, and service for every client.

 

Appointments & Booking

​

  • Appointments can be made via phone, text, email, or direct message on social media.
     

  • A confirmation email will be sent upon booking. Please double-check your appointment details and notify us promptly of any errors.

​

  • Reminders are sent the day before your appointment.

 

Cancellations & No Shows

​

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.
     

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

​

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: Your deposit will not be refunded. While I will always try to refill last-minute cancellations, this is not always possible — please respect my time and business.

​

  •  No-shows: Your non-refundable deposit will be kept, and the remaining balance of your booked treatment will be charged to the card on file.

​

  • All outstanding fees must be settled before any new appointments can be booked.

​

  • We understand emergencies happen—please communicate with us, and we’ll do our best to support you.
     

​

Special Occasion Deposits

​

  • Applies to bookings such as bridal services, debs, graduations, or other event dates.

​

  • Strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of when the booking is cancelled.

​

  •  This policy is in place due to advanced preparation, time allocation, and the high demand for these dates.

 

Out-of-Hours Services

​

  • Services requested outside standard salon opening hours are subject to availability and will incur an additional surcharge.

​

  • The surcharge will be agreed upon at the time of booking and must be paid in advance.

​

  • Deposits for out-of-hours appointments are non-refundable.

​

​

Refunds

​

  • Refunds are not offered for treatments.
     

  • If you're unhappy with any service, please raise it with your therapist at the time, or email us to begin the formal complaints process. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly.
     

 

Salon Environment & Conduct

​

  • MLM Beauty is a private, home-based studio designed for one-to-one, personalised care in a peaceful setting.
     

  • We kindly ask all clients to treat the space and staff with respect and courtesy.
     

  • Aggressive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service or reporting to authorities.
     

 

Patch Tests & Health Forms

​

  • Patch testing is legally required at least 24 hours prior to tinting, lash lifting, or similar treatments.
     

  • New clients must complete the Client Consultation Forms before any treatments begin. Existing clients will be asked to update this periodically. This can be found in your confirmation email.
     

  • Please inform us of any allergies, health changes, medications, or pregnancy before your appointment.
     

 

Age Restrictions

​

  • Treatments for clients under 16 require written consent from a parent or guardian, who must be present during the treatment.
     

  • Some treatments have a minimum age requirement. Please contact us for details.
     

 

Children in the Salon

​

  • Well-behaved children are welcome but remain the client’s responsibility at all times.
     

  • If your treatment means you cannot supervise them, please arrange childcare in advance.
     

  • Children must not disturb other clients or touch salon products.
     

 

Arrival & Late Policy

​

  • Please arrive on time. If early, be prepared to wait until your booked time.
     

  • Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in a shortened or cancelled treatment, and full payment may still apply.
     

 

Therapist Illness or Emergencies

​

  • If your appointment needs to be rescheduled due to therapist illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and rebook at the earliest available time.
     

 

Pricing

​

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice and are inclusive of VAT.
     

  • For the most accurate and up-to-date pricing, please refer to our online booking system or contact us directly.

​

MLM Beauty is located at 7 Woodsview, Villierstown, Co. Waterford (Eircode: P51 AH92). Look for the house with the yellow front door.
Free parking is available outside.
