Cancellation Policy

At MLM Beauty, your time is valuable—and so is ours. In order to ensure the smooth running of the salon and fairness to all clients, the following cancellation and no-show policy applies:

Cancellations

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Cancellation with less than 24 notice, your deposit will not be refunded.

•  All outstanding fees must be settled before any new appointments can be booked.​

No Shows

​

• Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in your non-refundable deposit being kept, and the remaining balance of your booked treatment will be charged to the card on file.

We absolutely understand that life happens—illness, emergencies, and unexpected events can occur. If something arises that prevents you from attending, please get in touch as soon as possible, and we’ll always do our best to support you with flexibility and understanding.
